Wedding Exit Ideas

Whether your having a traditional Irish wedding or something a little bit different and outside the box, gone are the days where you just meet and greet  your guests at a receiving line following your ceremony. Get the creative juices flowing with this list of wedding exit ideas!

Bubble Power – a relatively low cost and low mess option. Ask your guests to greet you as you exit your ceremony with bubbles! It’s a fun way to celebrate your marriage with none of the clean up! Beautiful bubble wands that match the wedding theme will add an extra layer of gorgeousness to your photos and enhance your overall aesthetic.

Confetti – One of my all times favourites! Confetti is a great way to capture that festive spirit. Arm your guests with flower petals or paper confetti and let them go nuts! It makes for amazing photos!

Guard of Honour – Traditionally this is military in nature but can also be done to include your family or friends lining up to lead the happy couple out from their ceremony! No cost, no clean-up, beautiful photos.

Balloons – Perfect for a summer or garden wedding. Simply provide your guests with colourful balloons to release as you exit your ceremony for a fun and special moment.

Sparklers – this is kind of a two for one! These can be used as you exit you ceremony and also later on after your dinner for some amazing sparkler lit photos at night with you and your guests!

Receiving line – last but not least, a receiving line is the most traditional exit. It is a brilliant time for capturing the happy couple as they meet and greet their friends and family. Those laughs and smiles can’t be beat!
