The short version? I’m an editorial style wedding photographer who specialises in castles, manors, and country estates across Ireland because nothing lights me up more than history, atmosphere, and architecture. The longer version? I blame Tudor England.
When I wasn’t reading The Secret Garden or sketching flowers, I was wandering National Trust estates, haunting staircases, and imagining myself as Anne Boleyn (minus the whole beheading bit).
I never outgrew it. The fascination with history turned into a love of Gothic novels, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones. Vast landscapes, candlelit halls, footsteps down stone corridors. That’s why I’m drawn to historic settings and why they matter in your wedding photographs. They don’t just give you a beautiful backdrop; they give your photos a sense of permanence. The kind of images that feel like they could hang in those walls for another hundred years, side by side with the stories already written there.
