View full post »Glittery Winter Wedding at Darver Castle Naoise and Ben actually met at another wedding I photographed back in 2013 in Carlingford. I was so excited to photograph their beautiful Darver Castle wedding in early January. They were such a lovely couple whose relationship had been carefully documented by photos scattered throughout their house, my kinda couple! They both had so many ideas for the wedding and were both clearly so invested in making it a special day for their friends and family. It was the perfect wedding to start 2017 with!
View full post »I had the incredible honour of being Nikki and Steve’s photographer when they eloped in Ireland in the stunning Mount Juliet Estate. It was something new to me, to be one of the few present as two people promised themselves to each other forever, I felt honoured, humbled and very excited to be part of their elopement! Nikki and Steve were a really special couple, and their love was very clear for all to see, which made the whole experience all the more touching and special.

From the start we were completely on the same page and I could clearly see her vision (I loved it) and I knew immediately that we were going to work fantastically together. When I met her and her lovely fiancé Shaun I was even more excited as they were both so lovely and completely put their trust in me to create some gorgeous sun kissed shots of them on Howth Cliffs.

So I was thrilled when Caoimhe and Micheal wanted to arrange an engagement shoot on a crisp Autumn evening in Phoenix Park. I love photographing people at sunset, known as “the golden hour” to photographers, you get that gorgeous golden glow on your subject and the natural light is to die for!
