Naoise and Ben actually met at another wedding I photographed back in 2013 in Carlingford. I was so excited to photograph their beautiful Darver Castle wedding in early January. They were such a lovely couple whose relationship had been carefully documented by photos scattered throughout their house, my kinda couple! They both had so many ideas for the wedding and were both clearly so invested in making it a special day for their friends and family. It was the perfect wedding to start 2017 with!

The path of self employment is a long and very hard one, a lot of people ask me why I do it, and the very simple answer is that I love photography, and more specifically wedding photography. In my humble opinion, if you love your job, you better be willing to fight for it.
