When Sarah first emailed me I knew we were going to have an amazing shoot! From the start we were completely on the same page and I could clearly see her vision (I loved it) and I knew immediately that we were going to work fantastically together. When I met her and her lovely fiancé Shaun I was even more excited as they were both so lovely and completely put their trust in me to create some gorgeous sun kissed shots of them on Howth Cliffs.

Intimate Ballymagarvey Village Wedding



I’ve used to work with Ciaran a few years ago, back when I was a trusty cinema hand, little did I know his then girlfriend would become his wife in a beautiful intimate wedding in Ballymagarvey Village. I was pure thrilled when they asked me to photograph their wedding, it was the perfect combination of fun, relaxed and emotional.

I’m a massive lover of Autumn, Halloween, October…all the good things! So I was thrilled when Caoimhe and Micheal wanted to arrange an engagement shoot on a crisp Autumn evening in Phoenix Park. I love photographing people at sunset, known as “the golden hour” to photographers, you get that gorgeous golden glow on your subject and the natural light is to die for!

Woodland Engagement



Do you ever get that moment when you have admired someone from afar completely unknowingly and then you finally get to meet them…and its brilliant! I had just such a meeting with Paula O’Hara, of Paula O’Hara Photography. During my frequent scoping of photography online I had come across her work, loved it, and moved on. It was a pleasant and surreal surprise when I saw on Facebook she was offering mentoring sessions to other photographers. To some people this might seem weird, aren’t all photographers pitted against each other in an over saturated market and only the best man wins? Sometimes, yes, this is the case. But there is a smaller but so much more fabulous section of the photography world where photographers embrace other photographers, young and old, new and experienced. Paula is one of these people, her aim is to share her experience and wisdom with other photographers and at the same time bring together like minded people in what is otherwise an often solitary job.
